Desulfurization ejector Radically resolved low regeneration rate, poor oxidation ability, respray and other questions. 1,Introduction of ejectorThe ejector we produced is the dedicated equipment of desulfurization, widely used to be chemical production device in fertilizer, coking, coal gas, biogas, chemical fiber, environmental protection and vacuum-pumping. MS-Ⅲ ejector can improve the regeneration conditions, foam flotation is uniform, fully oxygen-carrying and air lift, high-efficiency of desulfurization, low vice salt generation rate, easy to use, to install, to clean, and other characteristics.In the process of desulfurization regeneration, the ejector need to overcome the severe corrosion of doctor solution.The control of total salt and the treatment of free space in the renewable slot are very critical. We designed the ejector according to the desulfurization working condition and the size of the renewable slot. The working pressure of ejector is 0.4-0.55Mpa. The standard insertion depth, MS-Ⅲ30 ≤3500mm, MS-Ⅲ27 ≤3000mm. In this condition, the regeneration solution amount of MS-Ⅲ30 is 55-60 m3/h, self-absorption air is 300-320m3/h; the regeneration solution amount of MS-Ⅲ27 is 35-40 m3/h, self-absorption air is 200-220m3/h. In general, we choose φ30 ejector when the regeneration solution amount is above 350 m3/h, when below 350 m3/h choose φ27. The size of the ejector should be calculated according to sulfur load, sulfur capacity and the size of renewable slot.3,Installation requirements of ejector1),After the hydrostatic test of operating conditions simulation , the throat tube and the following parts of the ejector should be disassembled from the flange when place and transportation, and printed label on it, then the factory can install the ejector according to the label.2),The ejector should be prevented gravity collision, so as to avoid main body deformation, concentricity change, and influence on using.3),When installation, the ejector should vertical, concentrical, the tail pipe should be fixed, the main body and the renewable slot should be connected vertical. The installation of flange should be horizontal, the central position of the flange bolt hole and the center of the renewable slot should: 6 holes cross-midline distribution, 12 holes symmetrical distribution.4),The hole center of the distribution plate and the installation center of the flange should be consistent. The hold size should insure there are enough space between the distribution plate and the pipes in it after installation. Recommended ring gap ≤10mm.5),The working plane of one ejector in the renewable slot is about 2m2. The usage amount of ejector is depend on the maximum circulation of desulfurization and the specific distribution of the renewable slot, and other factors.4,Notes1),When the ejector works, the input valves should full open, or else can influence the regeneration quality, and then affect the desulfurization rate.2),When the air quantity of the self-adsorption reduced or small amount of liquid return from the input, the ejector should stop working, check the sprayer, the throat tube, the sulfur dirt in the cone base of the induction chamber, etc.3),Our company has the ability of precision finishing, before the ejector leave factory, we simulate the production conditions, all the products are up to standard. Should prevent damage and deformation when transportation, installation and overhaul, so as not to affect the using. Desulfurization ejectorThe liquid is the motive power of the ejector, the liquid was broken down into drips after high-speed injection by the jet nozzle, then evenly distributed on the cross profile in the mixing chamber. Absorb the surrounding air by collision and friction, condense it into a certain pressure, meanwhile mixing the air and the power liquid, and mixing the compressed air and the liquid in the reactor, the air reacted with the liquid, then remove the sulfur in the chemical liquid.
