Introduction

Dry desulfurization system is standard equipment we designed and produced according to the content of H2S in the gas, the actual content of gas, the life cycle, and other relevant data of the clients,specially design the dimension and the internal structure. Different kind of gas, different content of H2S in the gas, different pressure, the dimension and the internal structure is different, too. For real-time monitoring the reaction speed of sulfide and the oxygen in air in the process of regeneration, we added temperature monitoring equipment, this can avoid accident fires(When the content of the entered air is large, the exothermic reaction is violent, the temperature is above the sulfur's ignition point, this caused accidental fires. ) in the process of regeneration. The design and the production must according to the technological requirements, in the process of biogas power generation, purify the biogas by systematic desulfurization, dehydration, etc according to the actual demand biogas generation capacity. The desulfurization use the combination of physical and chemical technology, the dehydration use machinery, gas water separation membrane technology, has high efficient, easy to manage, low investment, long life, operating reliable, high desulfurization rate, and other advantages. The system applicable to gas with low content of H2S, small air flow, high precision of desulfurization, especially can extend the use life of generator.
