When working, in the role of vacuum force and capillarity, the surface of the filter board which submerged in the hopper, can absorb and form a layer of material. The filtrate flow through the filter board into the drainage tank, the filter cake in arid region goes on dehydrating under the action of vacuum force. After drying, use scraper discharge the filter cake, then went into backwashing area, use circulating water to clean the filter board, then to complete a working cycle. When the filter has been worked for about 7 hours, use ultrasonic wave and alkaline water to wash it, so as to keep the efficient operation of filter.
