But the sulfur bubble concentration shouldn't influence it's flowability. By actually measurement, the production capacity is good when the concentration is about 6%.3,ConsumptionPower consumption. This technology only retained sulfur melting kettle compared with the traditional technology. The power consumption only exist in the sulfur foam conveying from collection slot to the sulfur melting kettle.Steam consumption. The sulfur foam temperature entered into the kettle is generally about 40 °C, discharged solution temperature is about 60-90 °C. Recycle the vice salt and make them into industrial products, changing waste into valuable. Production process1,Process flow2,Process flow diagram3,Process flow schematic diagram4,Ammonium thiocyanate extraction1),Pretreatment the desulfurization effluent, remove therein suspension sulfur, sulfur mud, coal mash, and other impurity after cooling, static settlement and filtration.2),Add a certain amount of activated carbon into the spreadhead, after warming, stirring, filtering and other measures, obtain the qualified clear liquid and isolate the waste activated carbon. The waste activated carbon can be recycled or burned in the coal blending. The clear liquid entered into the storage tank for the using of next process.3),Decompression concentrate the desulfurization clear liquid. When concentrating, add the clear liquid or mother liquor slowly, increase the vice salt density step by step.
