Roots blower has low noise. The inlet and outlet of the blower use helix structure, this makes the inlet and exhaust of blower progressively with the rotation of the rotor, avoided the pulsation and noise produced by old blower. The silencer equipped uses advanced sound absorption materials and special structure, also can low the noise of blower.

Roots blower can operate stably, has no vibration. Our company use advanced impeller, make the rotor meshing clearance uniform, and form to balance state, on the basis of this, after dynamic balance precision experiment , the rotor makes the blower operate stably.

 Performance and characteristics

Roots blower has high efficient and low energy consumption. The blower rotor uses special design, mesh curve is advanced complex line, has good sealing and almost no leakage, increased the volume efficiency. Roots blower has long use life. Blower gear uses 20 CrMnTi, after carburizing treatment and grinding, the accuracy can up to level five, the tooth surface has more wear-resisiting. The bearings use double row roller, so can increase the use life of blower. The outlet air of the blower is very clean. The blower use special structure design, avoided oil material entering into the machine enclosure, so the outlet air has no oil material.

Roots blower uses standardized production. All the blower products have realized standardized design and production. Have good interchangeability and generality, good quality and low cost, can be volume-produced.

Roots blowers are all use national standard 8.8 high-strength bolts to install.
